There are 2 steps to taking charge of your fertility:
1. Making sure your hormones are at optimal levels to support a healthy pregnancy.
2. Promoting healthy egg development while you keep your hormones balanced.
There are several hormones that we can check on to make sure you're ready to get pregnant - and it gives you a chance to get to know your menstrual cycle on a deeper level.
This lets you know how to time conception when you're ready, and how to increase your chances each month of getting that timing right.
Learning about your hormones also gives you clues about steps you can take to optimize your fertile health (and even sometimes decrease miscarriage risk).
It's ideal to allot at least 3 months for step 1 (but you may need longer if you don't have regular cycles, so you may want to check out the Menstrual Cycle Reset Package first).
Once we've optimized your hormones, we can move on to prep for the development of healthy eggs.
And since it takes an egg about 90 days to fully mature before it's released at ovulation, it's ideal to take 3 months for this step as well.
That's why this package is 6 months long - it gives us 3 months to do the deeper work on your hormones and 3 months to lay the foundation for a healthy pregnancy.
It also gives me plenty of opportunities to teach you, so that you can be empowered to support your fertility for long after we've worked together.
You can move forward knowing how to holistically support your body before, during, and after pregnancy.
